By placing an order with us, you agree to the following return and refund conditions. If you need to return a product, this policy will guide you through the process smoothly.  

Return Eligibility  

  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • Make sure all original tags, labels, and packaging are included with your return.  
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered will not be accepted.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date you receive your order.  
  • Contact our customer support within this timeframe to start the return process.  
  • Returns that don’t meet these criteria will be declined.  

How to Request a Return  

Step 1: Send Your Request  

Email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for returning the item to indomitechinovations@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Attach Photos  

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos to help us speed up the review.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.  

Returns that don’t follow our guidelines may be rejected.  

Refund Process and Timing  

After we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirming the completion of the refund.  

Partial Refund Policy  

If the item partially meets return conditions, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
