Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed items in original condition with tags. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. 

Email us your order ID, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. We will approve and provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos. We will investigate and offer replacement or refund as appropriate.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours or before shipment. Contact our customer care immediately to process the cancellation and refund. 

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you can return the product after delivery according to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Changes to orders or shipping addresses are not permitted after placing. Please cancel and reorder if you need to make any changes. 

To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team via indomitechinovations@gmail.com as soon as possible. Early requests help us process cancellations before shipment effectively.  

We deliver to all postal codes within India only. International shipping is not available at this time to ensure reliable and timely service domestically. 

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for shipment.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package returns to our warehouse. You can contact us to arrange a re-delivery. 

Standard delivery typically takes between 3 and 8 business days depending on your location. We work to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
